Valeriy Mozgovoy — Baby Shore

Salt on my sleeves, love on the pier.
You danced so close, then disappeared.
Your name in my mouth like a typo thin.
I smiled all night, you never came in.
And the moon cut glass on the waterline.
You looked right through me, past the signs.
My heart went harder, harder still.
Like boots on boards with nowhere to feel.
Baby, I'm on the shore.
Calling you more and more.
You slip through my hands. Like foam in the sand.
Baby, I'm on the shore.
Wanting you more and more.
You turn and you fade. With the tide you made.
